Pho Phu Quoc on Irving n 19th in San Fran gets a B minus. Def not authentic Vietnamese noodle soup, but fairly decent.

This place won aol cityguide Best Viet food 2007 but they couldn’t understand Vietnamese when we ordered. They’re all Chinese! Hmm…
