Thanks for all the comments while I was gone. SORRY!

Things got sort of crazy for me here, as I had to take another job to save up to move out. My great grandpa died, my aunt found out she had breast cancer and later had a mastectomy, and my other uncle had several surgeries to remove his tumors, but we now know he has terminal cancer.

So yes, things have been crazy. However, everything is sort of coming back together and good news is slowly rolling in.

Sea World asked me back as audio/video operator and I saw a special press screening of The Passion of The Christ. It wasn’t so much a movie as just two hours of pure emotion. Pain and suffering realized on the screen- an experience, really.

As for my 80s New Wave musical short film Neon Life, its production date has merely been pushed back, but is definitely still happening. I’ve been extra busy finishing post-production on the Killing Zoo music video. We’re having a screening party for it in two weeks!

–>Congratulations to Neon Life/Killing Zoo visual effects director, and my good friend, Cafe* (Michael Jones Everett). His Dizzee Rascal music video has exploded! Everyone is talking about this hot new UK music artist, and Cafe’s vfx for Dizee’s video is screened for everyone to see on MTV. I’m not sure how wide the coverage is, but friends have seen it here in the US and in Mexico. Yay, Cafe! Proud to have such a talent attached to these two projects.See the Dizzee Rascal video on Cafe’s website. http://colors.at/mje.

As for my own debut music video (producer and director), More Frightening Than Ants by The Killing Zoo… Other than the screening party, it will go up at my new website http://www.NeonLifeEnt.com for your viewing pleasure. Many thanks to Cafe for his invaluable work on this.

I’m back, everyone. Thanks for your patience.

“Your career choice is:

Cinematographer: With your interest in all things visual, it’s obvious you should be behind a camera. Just look at your strengths - an artistic temperament combined with a deep understanding of technique and composition. Your willingness to experiment is also a plus. A patient nature and the drive for perfection are also qualities that will serve you well on your new path. ” Take the quiz.
