Thanks for the comments you guys. Here I am. I AM BACK! The film shoot was… interesting. Educational, but not in ways I expected. I got promoted from Assistant Director to Director of Photography. The best things to come out of this experience were 1)meeting Cecile who happens to live around here and 2) learning that I am ready to make my own feature film. Cecile and I are gonna shoot for going into production on a DV feature next summer. Yay!

In other news, I just learned today that I got the coveted job of lab technician for the film department. I am so excited! I really wanted the job, but there are only two positions and they are usually filled. I will now be working with my friend, Albert who, like the other few lucky ones to get this job, says he loves it and I will too. Hurrah.

Thanks for missing me, guys and being interested in my weblog, even if I don’t post on it much. Welp, gotta get to the library.
